Summary

What it says in the title

Notes

  • Added a new docker-compose file that creates a local agent with a ledger and genesis transaction so that new schemas can be registered
  • This needs a bit of review for error cases, but we can tidy that up in a follow up PR

It seems that the clippy check failed. make lint or cargo clippy can check it locally.
