chore(release): version bump and changelog for 2.0.0

The next release will be a major version bump because we've made
two breaking changes:

 - remove the deprecated `chromeOnly` config option
 - remove the `then` function from `element(by.foo)`

+  is an action result. This function is completely unnecessary, because it would always resolve to
+  itself, but the removal may cause breaking changes.
