remove deprecate protractor `elementExplorer` (5395cec)
Protractor builder elementExplorer option has been removed. This was not compatable with the Node.Js versions that the Angular CLI supports. See: https://github.com/angular/protractor/blob/master/docs/debugging.md#enabled-control-flow for an alternative debugging methods.Special Thanks
