Updating to version 9 produces many commit messages with the same name

This issue impacts 9.0.0-rc.0 and happened while updating https://github.com/SAP/cloud-commerce-spartacus-storefront.

The updating procedure produces (heh) several commit messages with the same name:

* 5b3de0f7d (HEAD -> update-9) migrate workspace for @angular/[email protected]
* 4cb442ad1 migrate workspace for @angular/[email protected]
* fde9f49c1 migrate workspace for @angular/[email protected]
* 3691566e6 migrate workspace for @angular/[email protected]
* bcde65f2f migrate workspace for @angular/[email protected]
* a7a17a1e2 Angular CLI update

This makes it hard to distinguish what they are doing.
