Add Iroh-Net

Iroh-Net has proven to be a good contender in the realm of tunnels and NATS. Would love to see it added.

Hey @KickedDroid, I've been following Iroh a bit. Is there an example of setting up a simple HTTP reverse proxy or overlay network with it? Something like dumbpipe but for use cases like other tools on this list.

Hey @anderspitman good point, there is a relay that they host to connect any two nodes. By default it uses their relay. Setting up an overlay is possible.

This is in the works I know from community members but I agree maybe holding off pulling this request until a closer match to others on the list. And as Iroh matures I can come back to see where we are at :).
