What is the current behavior?

What is the new behavior?

The compiler plugin is created internally. This will mitigate problems when using Angular within other frameworks like Astro, Qwik because we're only running the angular-compiler on dependencies and not userland code. It also removes the processing of styles by the compiler plugin so styles are only compiled through Vite.
