was planning on using it more for truncate issue but didn't end up using it for that. but spent the effort to set up tailwind, so might as well merge it.

default nextra functionality, but this seems worth overriding to be scrollable
using ./docs-site was wrong when running from ./docs-site dir in terminal, using ./ was wrong for vscode when opened to repo root. think this was caused because _app.tsx is the first ts file picked up by eslint (though unsure why theme.config.tsx wasn't)
