As someone who has never used Ameliorate, it would be nice if I could go straight to the app and it could guide me through building out a topic, and the basic functionality of the tool.

react.tours seems good enough. Adding basic spotlight in #458 just to point out where to find documentation. We'll still want to enhance that to step through at least the basics of diagramming.
