not sure if this is worth it but it seems slightly useful for usage outside of just ContextMenu
they're kind of advanced-ish, plus I don't even use them very often as a poweruser
structure -> breakdown claims -> justification
originally think I memoized this because pane wasn't re-rendering from triggering an event to open the view pane. but I undid that work and feel like it's fine to leave the memoization in now. also improve topic pane wordings.
to make space for the help button. right-clicking is probably fine on mobile, didn't seem worth to move it to the drawer.

this fix is a super-jank hack, really should make a ticket for the library to address.
feels awkward, only one should respond at a time
