Improve PSR-0 and PSR-4 compatibility.

The phpunit tests now automatically recognise PSR-0 and PSR-4 project structures.

Version 0.0.4: Bugfix release

This version now checks the projects basedir for a build.properties file. That file can be used to override parts of the build process.
