When ~/.google_access_token exists, that access-token is used as credentials when initializing GEE. If the file doesn't exist, no credentials are passed when initializing GEE.
This wrote to the installation directory, which isn't allowed in Sepal.

Sepal doesn't allow Shiny apps to write into their installation directory, only the user home directory, so tutorial generation was commented out.
Used OAuth2Credentials when ~/.google-access-token is exists.
