Build of Zink + Turnip (03/29/24) with DRI3 a7xx patch for Exagear caches.

Changes:
Some code changes.
Applied 04-wsi-termux-x11-only-kgsl.patch (thanks to JeezDizReez, airidosas252).

No guarantee that the driver will work on any device.
How to install: put libvulkan_freedreno.so, libGL.so.1, libglapi.so.0 in Z:/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu (in the Exagear cache) and replace it.
