Update misterfs.exe

Recent changes to ao486 require an update to misterfs.exe on the first floppy.

Ensure LBA mode is disabled in fdisk

NT bootloader does not work with FAT partitions in LBA mode. Configure fdisk to ensure this does not happen. Will cause a very small amount of wasted disk space on disks with more than 1024 cylinders, just like in DOS 6 and below.

Ensure correct partition type

Adds an additional step to enforce correct partition type during fdisk
