"Overdue" Update
General changes:
- Custom Tank models are now also used by default.
- Simplified Tank model randomization.
- Separated public and private mutation state variables.
- Slightly buffed bile slowdown on land.
- Tanks can now freely spawn in finale areas before it is started.
- Increased M60 damage by 50%.
- Tweaked explosive ammo slowdown values.
- Added custom support for unlimited Tanks (cm_TankLimit = -1).
- Upgrade packs now have a 75% chance of spawning already deployed.
- Implemented system to speed up bleed out if incapped survivors are abandoned.
- Compacted the HUD timer.
- Constrained modified response system files to only affect Tank Run.
- Implemented speaker forwarding in RRule to match the standard Talker behavior.
- Increased Bile Bomb radius to 180 units.
- Decreased Tank swing interval to 2.2 seconds.
- Increased Grenade Launcher damage scale to 5.
- Added a HUD timer discount auditory feedback.
Map-specific changes:
- Quadrupled pipe bomb density and raised Tank spawn interval to 25 s in Dark Carnival 3.
- Also opened breakable wall in the "drop-down room".
- Fixed ammo not converting to lasers in Dark Carnival 5.
- Lowered spawn interval to 30 seconds in the Dark Carnival and Blood Harvest finales.
- Unlocked and overhauled elevator in Hard Rain 2-3 so that Tanks stop camping the gates.
- Increased Hard Rain finale duration back to 10 minutes.
- Having all players in the Sacrifice 1 arena is no longer needed to release the Tank.
- Shortened the time to open both train car doors to 2 seconds.
- Buffed Train Car Tank from 125% to 150% health.
- Opened 5 walls in the No Mercy 4 event area.
- Increased the initial Tank spawn interval in No Mercy 5 to 35 seconds.
- Tied Crash Course finale duration to elevator progress instead of HUD timer.
- Increased propane tank and quintupled gas can densities in Death Toll 2.
- Increased Tank spawn interval to 30 seconds after the Death Toll 3 event.
- Disabled damage forces on the 2 church safe room file cabinets.
- Doubled crane speed, removed dumpster pusher, and boosted its crush damage in Dead Air 2.
- Restored Tank spawning in the beginning of Dead Air 5.
- Set first Tank spawn delay to 6 seconds in Cold Stream 3.
- Patched Cold Stream finale not starting with players outside the building.
"You Shall Now Pass" Update
- Reduced pills density in The Parish 3 and The Passing 2 to compensate for more adrenalines.
- Whitaker will now only speak the shorter lines to open the door.
- Tanks are now also affected by walk-only triggers.
- Removed unnecessary walk trigger in c7m2 left over from L4D1.
"Fast Pace" Update
- Improved support for cm_TankLimit user configuration.
- Doubled adrenaline density in The Parish 3 and The Passing 2.
- Disabled Tank spawning in the beginning of Dead Air 5.
- Enabled Tank spawning in the beginning of Cold Stream 4.
- Increased duration of Bile effect to 20 seconds.
"Slow Pace" Update
- Fixed The Sacrifice finale softlock if an incapped player was outside the finale area.
- Fixed biled Tank speed being overridden by the in/out of water speeds.
- Bile slowdown now stacks with water slowdown allowing non-1HP players without adrenaline to briefly outrun biled Tanks.
"Left Behind" Update
- Chapter tweaks are now done via map-specific scripts.
- Improved Tank model customization for maps.
- Players no longer need to wait for incapped Survivors in order to progress at areas like elevators.
- Restored The Passing 2 respawn interval of 20 s after starting the alarm.
- Made the Train Car Tank more special by making his model unique in the chapter and giving him 25% more health.
- Made the Train Car and Church Guy Tanks force spawn even when the Tank cap is filled.
- Increased respawn interval of double Tanks in the Hard Rain finale to 50 s.
"Passing By" Update
- Now starting the alarm in The Passing 2 will increase the respawn interval instead of the second button.
