Differentiate between `--help` and `--full-help` help format #460

changes to HelpFormat
- filterArgs will now only affect --help output, while filterArgsWhenShowHidden will affect --full-help
- similarly, hiddenGroups will now only affect --help output, while hiddenGroupsWhenShowHidden will affect --full-help
an extra, optional detailedMessage field for @HelpMessage will allow to pass a different description for a command to --full-help
