Error when attempting to acknowledge problems in Grafana 8.0.4

Describe the bug
When click "Acknowledge problem" in the Zabbix Problem (Grafana) plugin, all information in the window is erased.

Hi there,

I can confirm the issue too, whenever I click on the acknowledge button, everything disappear:

But in my case, I can confirm it stopped working after Grafana 8 update, it was working fine before (used daily).
Right after I migrated from Zabbix 5.2 to 5.4, it didn't change anything.

Я тоже могу подтвердить проблему, всякий раз, когда я нажимаю кнопку подтверждения, все исчезает:

Но в моем случае я могу подтвердить, что он перестал работать после обновления Grafana 8, раньше он работал нормально (использовался ежедневно).
Сразу после того, как я перешел с Zabbix 5.2 на 5.4, ничего не изменилось.
