  • Issue: Interface that is down is returning 10mbps as a value through snmp.
  • Steps to replicate:
    • snmpwalk -v 2c -c public ip of device 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5.index of interface
    • returns 10000000 which is calculated as 10mbps

* Create zbx_edgemax_template.xml
  * Original Zabbix 5.0 template

* Update zbx_edgemax_template.xml
  * Imported and exported to Zabbix 6.0
  * Replaced linked template with "Generic by SNMP"
  * Renamed Template to align with Zabbix's naming

* Update zbx_edgemax_template.xml
  * Replaced SNMP variable with their OID beacause `UCD-SNMP-MIB::memAvailReal` & `UCD-SNMP-MIB::memTotalReal` are not defined
