Fix updated ROOT_PATH macro behaviour. Fix makefiles to set only arm64 and arm64e. Fix include in dump.h. Updated control file to include compatibility with newer iOS 16 versions.

Fixes to enable building non-rootless versions too. Untested as it needs older Xcode toolchain but it should work as before.
