add 'javafx.swing' module to prepack.sh jlink modules list

• Some account-management features in GUI need to call JDK classes that live in "javafx.swing." It is not included in the jlink module list in prepack.sh right now, so when you use those features, it throws NoClassDefFoundError.

• Used ant pack_build, extracted the resulting .bz2, verified that the functionality that was throwing NoClassDefFoundError now works correctly
