Add SEO meta tags to stories from Contantful #112

This issue is similar to #88 but for individual story pages.

The default title meta tag for each story will be the title of the story itself, unless it is overridden by adding the content model for SEO tags in contentful.
Currently this model contains the following attributes. (this model is yet to be peer reviewed 😄)
