Adds the prometheus metrics that were collected from CI/CD clusters, formatted into a dataframe, and saved as parquet files.
Description
This is the sample data used by the anomaly detection notebook. Here these files are added "as-is" i.e. exactly as the data was collected and saved by our prometheus data util functions. But I think it'd be a good idea to update these functions to generate meaningful filenames and then rename these files in a future PR, so that the content of dataset is clear to readers.
