Automatic saving

This release enables automatic option saving.

Clarifications.

This is a very minor release that attempts to clarify the function of the extension to reduce poor reviews in the Chrome Web Store.

Changes

1. The options page is now opened automatically on first install.
2. The description in the manifest has been changed from Toggle WebRTC leak prevention to Toggle WebRTC leak prevention in Chrome using the official API.

GitHub username change.

This release only updates the links to this repository to reflect a change in my GitHub username.

Further legacy support, error handling, plus minor fixes.

This is a relatively minor release. All it does is implement support for webRTCNonProxiedUdpEnabled only if the browser is Chromium 47 based.

It also implements low-level error handling, and fixes several very minor issues.

The previous version was 1.0.4. I've pushed it up to 1.0.9 to match the main extension.
