Was needed to build mysql_fdw on Jessie. In the meantime mysql_fdw is available as official package.
PostgreSQL 10 no longer supports unencrypted passwords. Besides, they were never necessary and an error all along.
Since Flask 1.0 SessionMixin inherits from MutableMapping and we get: TypeError: Cannot create a consistent method resolution order (MRO) for bases MutableMapping, SessionMixin
No detour via separate shell necessary, xargs can place at any position in the argument list.
Instead of deleting all clusters manually afterwards, we can just tell postgresql-common not to create clusters during package installation.
