Does this Plugin support both Plugins and themes or only themes?

In some places it says it supports both plugins and themes, where as in other places it says it only supports themes in the readme file.

It supports both plugins and themes. You simply add the appropriate additional header to your plugin or theme. I updated the readme accordingly. Thanks for pointing that out.
