- Download the Eclipse Installer from https://eclipse.org/downloads/
- Download the *.setup file from this repository
- Start the Eclipse Installer, enable the "advanced mode" and click the green plus on the upper right end of the window to "Add User Products"
- "Browse File System..." and locate the *.setup file you have previously downloaded
- A new entry should be visible in ""
- Select this entry and choose your preferred "Product Version" in the first of the three drop down windows (one setup file can contain multiple combinations of plugins to install)
- Click next until everything is installed (customize the "Installation folder name" if you want)
