Overview:

This Pull Request Implements several features and other changes, including:

• Changes the behavior of Snack Box's set Rating from replacing the previous Rating to accumulate the average Rating.
• Implement role-based authorization to protect API endpoint.
• Set up Grafana, Prometheus, and Logging for monitoring.
• Allowing CORS from all origins, so it can be accessed from the Front End
