Ansible request for AIX 7

Details:

• bug: textual: ulimit for stack was above hard_max value: will decrease to hard_max value.
• new: - New Machine requirement: AIX 7.2 for building JDK19+ #2596 - shows ulimit -d needs an increase - will double the current playbook value. (update: not needed, issue was bug in AIX fixedd via an update of the OS).
• bug: set size of /tmp to 8G: see some aix machine got error message : no space left #2448 for issue.
• bug: AIX playbook should not put /opt/freeware/bin at start of /etc/environment #1544 - Note last bit about making sure GNU make is used rather than AIX make.
• new: build-osuosl-ppc64-aix-71-1: cronjobs, mail, job errors #1629 (add/verify existence)

The problem with ulimit may have been an error in AIX. The system has been updated to a later SP (now AIX 7.2 TL2 SP4).
Will test the old setting next week when Stewart is back.
