New Machine requirement: AIX 7.2 for building JDK19+

I need to request a new machine:

• New machine operating system (e.g. linux/windows/macos/solaris/aix): aix
• New machine architecture (e.g. x64/aarch32/arm32/ppc64/ppc64le/sparc): ppc64
• Provider (leave blank if it does not matter):
• Desired usage: Building - JDK19+ will no longer build on AIX 7.2 after Project Loom was merged (See AIX JDK19 undefined symbol: .__pt_atexit_np temurin-build#2957)
• Any unusual specification/setup required:
• How many of them are required: 1 or 2 ... Suspect we can handle only having one for now.

Will get started on this tomorrow.

My suggestion is to not have it the 'latest and greatest' - and instead rely on the ABI guarantee that IBM AIX has for things to run on later releases.

I am thinking AIX 7.2 TL2, and start with builddate in 2018. If the build fails - then increase the SP level.

@backwaterred is AIX 7.2TL02 a reasonable level to choose for the builds that require 7.2?

@sxa, that seems reasonable. I am not aware of any issues that are specific to a TL-level, so I'm happy to go with Michael's suggestion above.

Provisioned as https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/computer/build%2Dosuosl%2Daix72%2Dppc64%2D1/ although it's hitting OutOfMemory issues. I'm running a build locally on the machine to check if it's an issue which is specific to running under the jenkins agent.
