Remaining items to be addressed for ADE 1.4 release

We agreed that we would like to prepare v1.4 for release ahead of the Bled meeting, ideally perhaps in March.

Here is a starting point for issues to address

• Moving to open api spec 3.1 #239 Get code generation working for OpenAPI 3.1 which will improve our Swagger documentation and support. See PR Update to OpenAPI version 3.1 #438
• Removed dependency Providing examples to ICAR files #409 Add examples to our JSON schema files, which will make Swagger documentation more self-explanatory. Depends on Moving to open api spec 3.1 #239.
• Add Certified Milk Weight and Total Milk Weight to Milking Visit #436 Update documentation for milk weight in Milking Visit and potentially add other milk weights. Decide and update PR Additional MilkingMilkWeights #434
• Animal and Group Position events #383 Animal group and position events have been discussed and defined. Lower priority, but depends on Moving to open api spec 3.1 #239 to complete.
• Update icarResourceTypeCatalog.md #440 Update the resource type catalogue markdown to make it easier to get resourceType values correct.
