At a later point, this guide assumes that the return value of mod2.lua is a function. This commit sets that up so it all makes sense.

This PR merely serves to:
fix some very small wording issues,
remove a break in the code sample that appears to be unnecessary/have happened by mistake, and
fix the set-up content of a specific file that is supposed to be created, so it matches expectations about its contents later down the guide.
