Closes #87

Adds fzf-lua as a picker
Adds help preview for ui select
Fixes some commands not entering insert mode when invoking startinsert command.
This is done via defer_fn (lua/laravel/pickers/common/ui_run.lua:104). Please check if it works for you. If not, we can try increasing the delay.
