This pull request:

Enhances status signaling to make state activity and errors more clear.

Adds Wippersnapper_StatusLED.h to match Wippersnapper_StatusLED.cpp and contain all LED functions/decls.
- and removes the StatusLED-specific functions from WipperSnapper class
Removes Wippersnapper_StatusLED_Colors.h: definitions integrated into Wippersnapper_StatusLED.h instead
