Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Simply run the tool with some input files

Expected behavior
No error, since Node 14 is in the range of supported versions

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. iOS] Linux
  • node 14.19.3
  • glossarify-md version 6.3.2
    • mdast-util-to-string ^3.1.0

Additional context
Not fully clear why not detected by the GitHub CI node support matrix.
