Docs on settingup/running myself

I'm developing my site and trying to replicate as much locally as possible. Including Indielogin, but I'm not a php developer and getting started here is not really straight forward. What dependencies are needed etc.

Would be extra nice/ideal to have a docker container that I could just deploy.

I've added basic support for Docker in #34, but it still has some problems. See that PR for details.

I've added a docker-container and 1-click heroku deploy in #43, #46, #47, #49

It also adds a local-docker using docker-compose

there are also healthcheck endpoints as part of those PR's so that once setup you can see if some facilities are working.
