This pull requests fixes a few issues in the plugin, like not being able to run the shop command from the console due to a change in rocket a while back, and allows the cost command to be ran from the console.
This also modifies the language lines that have Item/Vehicle names in them to show their ID's as well.
This uses the fork at RocketModPlugins, as it was the most up to date fork to work off of.
