  • Implement Commitments circuit
    • [Requires consideration] connect between Edwards curve of bls12_377 and MpcField
    • extend vector ver for generate_constraints
  • test calculation
  • implement this calculation for main binary

Partially Closed by #26 .
MPC proof of PedersenCommitment is replaced by each proof of them.
