I tried flutter pub run msix:create -v --signtool-options /f W:\WorkSpace\RouXinPai\workpad\windows\signature\WORKPAD.pfx /p "*****",but it was useless.

I have also encountered this problem. The issue seems to occur when the tool tries to obtain the publisher value from the certificate file.

I have created a pull request (#190) that describes my issue and proposes a fix.
