Adds some feats:
make braking and slowing down more smooth;
press left Shift to jump;
press left Ctrl to rotate;
adds gravity (only applies to player-controlled balls);
press C to create a copy of the ball in the same place;
press Q to quit.
Halfway to implement #127.
