♻️ Set Component Library Install to Run on Terminal

Description

This PR:

• sets the tray component library install to install in the terminal instead of output viewer
• uses the xircuits install libraryName command for installation
• xircuits install is now case-insensitive

Notes

Currently users will need to manually refresh the tray to trigger the update.
