Implement missing S-Live feature #73

Added valkyrie take-off / fight and diva mode.
Added note display
Added pause menu and exit
Binded s-live option in diva select screen.
Binded difficutly button in music select screen

Play button can't be used anymore to launch S-Live. Use S-Live button.
