💚 Changes versioning scheme and adds automatic versioning gh actions

This pull request changes the versioning scheme to be compatible with the Github actions guidelines. It further adds to very helpful actions create by haya14busa:

• [haya14busa/action-bumpr](https://github.com/haya14busa/action-bumpr]: Used to bump the version on a pull request using by using a label.
• haya14busa/action-update-semver: Action used to automatically create major and minor tags when a patch version is released. This makes sure the user always gets the latest version when using the major tag.

You can test the second action out by adding the bump:minor: or bump:patch label to this pull request. I'm however unsure if the version tags I created for back compatibility are also pushed with this pull request. Otherwise, I think you should re-add the v*.*.* equivalent to your already pushed tagged commits.
