VOTable Data Clips on Galactic Scale

Zoomed out to galactic scales, votable data, exoplanets as seen in the images below, seem to clip across the galactic frame when panning around (sometimes) and in real time panning, the renderer flashes to the background imagery and the volumetric milky way, which seems like sometimes it is not drawing the votable data on some frames.
