Storybook: Add Story for InspectorPopoverHeader

This PR will add story for inspector-popover-header component in the Storybook.

Testing Instructions

1. Run npm run storybook:dev
2. Open the storybook on localhost
3. Check the InspectorPopoverHeader story.
