What?
Prevent layout shift when entering/exiting zoom out from bottom breadcrumb bar being added/removed.
Why?
Adding/removing it can cause layout shifts.
How?
Remove the isZoomOut check.
Testing Instructions
Enter/exit zoom out and see that the bottom breadcrumb bar is preserved. Also check with the setting for turning off breadcrumbs.
