Now that the Interactivity API documentation has been moved to the Block Editor Handbook ahead of the WordPress 6.5 release, some updates to the formatting are needed.
In the PR, I have removed the manual TOC (this is generated automatically on the site) and reformatted the directives sections. Most importantly, each directive is now and
<h3>
so they will show up in the autogenerated TOC.More work is needed on this doc. This is but an initial iteration.
