What?
This PR is only for testing and running through CI.
The motivation is to explore adding a block class of
wp-block-list
to the core list block.Before

Why?
Editing the Global styles for the list block will affect all
<ol>
and<ul>
elements on the page, e.g.,It's expected that the list block should be affected only.
