This is a workaround to get WordPress Playground to run Gutenberg
trunkuntil a better solution is available.What?
It adds a trivial file so this PR can be created and referenced on http://playground.wordpress.net/gutenberg.html, or through the Blueprints API.
Why?
Because it would be nice to be able to test GB
