Added Categories to questions under Table of Contents of the Gutenberg FAQ page → https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/handbook/faq/
Also re-order of some questions so they follow the same order they appear in the Table of Contents
This will help the users to digest this page and to locate a bit faster the questions they're looking for
