We should have a transform for every core widget that has a block equivalent. Are you seeing any that we missed? |
I didn't realise that. I thought this might be the only place we have a transform. |

Closes #25100.
Requires #30889.
Adds a 'Convert to blocks' button to the Legacy Widget block when a text widget is loaded. This uses the same mechanism that the Classic block uses.
How has this been tested?
