This PR exposes the Block Metadata page in the Block Editor Handbook. It was missing on this page and in the sidebar:

In addition to that, this PR adds details about
register_block_type_from_metadatausage.Finally, the section about Internationalization explains the actual implementation that is about to get released in the WordPress core in the upcoming 5.7 version:
